70/30 Indica Hybrid

Rockstar makes it’s return!  Not to be confused with similar sounding strains (Rockstar Kush, Rockstar OG, Pink Rockstar, you get it..)  as the effects, which we will get into, are very different than what is to be expected.

Created through the crossing of Rock Bud & Sensi Star, this mainly dominant indica is special in that it emphasizes body and mind effects in big ways!

Lumpy green and purple nugs with long protruding stems are a main characteristic of this flowery flower.  The medium sized nugs feature a smooth olive green complexion pretty much all around.  The amount of crystals that jut out of each nugget is definitely worth mentioning as well!

Your nose will be in for a buzzing treat with this baby.  Sharp, sweet notes of pungent earth, skunk, and spice with just the perfect amount of fruitiness.  Easily one of those strains you do a double-take on.

20%+ THC – Nighttime Strain

Don’t be fooled by it’s THC %.  Rockstar is a very fun strain to smoke!  Expect the typical bodily sedation that comes with most flowers of this type.  The difference is a more immediate cerebral rush which imparts a pleasantly uplifting feeling.  Motivation and energy rise with Rockstar compared to the usual sluggish lethargy.

On that note, this should not be the top choice for those looking for a deep relaxation or “couch-lock”.  It is still there, but not to the degree that you would find in a strain such as Pink Power Plant for example.

Common Usage

As mentioned above, Rockstar is not your typical indica strain.  It performs well for those looking to relax AND keep things relatively “light”.  With that being said, it serves as a great treatment for chronic pain, headaches, lethargy, and depression.
